Jaw Crusher Introduction:

It can crush materials with compressive strength of not more than 320Mpa, which are divided into coarse and fine broken. The series of products are complete in specifications, and the feed size is 125mm ~ 1200mm, which is the primary crushing equipment.

Jaw Crusher principle:

No matter what series of jaw crushers, the working mode is driven extrusion type, and the working principle is basically the same: the motor drives the belt and the pulley, and the moving shaft moves up and down through the eccentric shaft. When the moving jaw rises, the bracket is moved. The angle between the turns becomes larger, so that the movable jaw is approached to the fixed jaw. At the same time, the material is squeezed to achieve the purpose of crushing; when the moving down, the angle between the bracket and the moving jaw becomes smaller, and the moving jaw is smaller. Under the action of the tie rod and the spring, the fixed raft is left, and the broken material is discharged from the lower mouth of the crushing chamber. As the motor rotates continuously, the crushing maneuvering cycle motion crushes and discharges, achieving mass production.
